Refund & Return Policy

At HERBALOGY, we take pride in providing high-quality herbal hair care products, including our hair oils and shampoos. Due to the personal nature of these products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind
  • Allergic reactions or personal sensitivity

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where applicable
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet

4. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect products. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will cover the shipping cost
  • For any other approved return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
